LEADERSHIP: Navigating Uncharted Waters A great leader is key in times of great uncertainty and continuous change to help organizations navigate uncharted waters. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought this idea front and center as legal professionals steer their organizations towards continued success. Our panelists will share their stories of how they were prepared to become the leaders they are, the role of resilience in becoming a leader and how this leads to growth, whether leaders should be equipped with skills to navigate different cultures and generations, and the importance of being authentic as they fulfill their duties.
