2022 Constitutional Law Moot

Omar Ha-Redeye judged the Osgoode Hall Constitutional Law Society’s first-ever Constitutional Law Moot on Feb. 13, 2022.

The Moot is competitive and open to all JD students currently enrolled at Osgoode Hall Law School.

This year’s problem is based on the Supreme Court of Canada’s decision in Toronto (City) v Ontario (Attorney General), 2021 SCC 34.
