Interdisciplinary Graduate Student Conference

Omar Ha-Redeye spoke  at the 2015 Interdisciplinary Graduate Student Conference at Western Law on May 21, 2015 on “Class Action Intrusions: Helping to develop privacy rights, or an overkill in liability?”

He presented a case commentary on Hopkins v. Kay, 2015, dealing with intrusion upon seclusion class actions for health records.
