Under Rich Earth

The Centre for Global Studies at Huron College hosted an event about a lawsuit against Copper Mesa, a Canadian mining company operating in Ecuador.  Marcia Ramírez, who along with Israel Pérez and Polivio Pérez, is one of the plaintiffs in the case, was on hand to discuss some of the issues her community is facing.
