Culpable Homicide Charges for Winnipeg Drug Dealer

Omar Ha-Redeye spoke to Newstalk1010 on the case of Curtis Haas, a Winnipeg drug dealer charged for culpable homicide under s. 222(5)(a) of the Criminal Code when Wendy Henry died in his apartment.

He referenced the Supreme Court of Canada case in R v. Creighton, and discussed how it could apply here.
