			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Omar Ha-Redeye was a judge in the <a href="http://cusli.org/niagara/">2011 Niagara International Moot Court Competition</a>, on February 24-26, 2011 in Toronto.</p>
<p>This year&#8217;s problem focused on Arctic sovereignty in a dispute between Canada and the U.S.</p>
<p>The competition is hosted by the <a href="http://cusli.org/" target="_blank"> Canada-United States Law Institute</a><a href="http://cusli.org/" target="_blank"> (CUSLI)</a> and involves participation from the following schools in Canada and America:</p>
