The Pajama Lawyer

Omar Ha-Redeye spoke at the 2016 conference on Practice Management and the Model Code of Professional Conduct.

In the ongoing discourse regarding Ethics, Professionalism and Practice Management, it is important to include a program that focuses with great specificity on the texts and scenarios set out in the pan-Canadian Model Code of Professional Conduct. The difference between excelling and stumbling in practice management, between merely practicing intuitively and practicing defensively, can in many ways be grounded on mastery of the Code. Thus, with a perennial dedication to the delivery of practice-oriented legal education programs, The Commons Institute has brought together a faculty of acknowledged doers and thought leaders, for a program aimed at bringing the Code to life.

Omar Ha-Redeye will be spoke on The Pyjama lawyer: Virtual and Dispersed Lawyering.
