Could you be charged with up to $10,000,000 as a corporation for adding someone on Facebook? How about if you poke them?

We won’t know until all the regulations for Bill C-28 are released, but this is one of the potentially absurd outcomes of the anti-spam Act that goes into effect in September 2011.
