Shaun Bernstein and Omar Ha-Redeye provided written submissions to the Standing Committee on Justice Policy on Bill 168, Combating Antisemitism Act, 2020 on Oct. 28, 2020.

The Cabinet provided an Order-in-Council on Oct. 26, 2020 around this issue instead.
